Individual 1:1 Coaching

Individual 1:1 coaching programs at Interstellar Certified™ are all about you! Sometimes we are called "business therapists" by our clients, not because we are licensed psychologists or psychiatrists, but because we listen and try to approach problems objectively and with empathy.

Our standard 1:1 coaching programs start with a three month plan with no obligation to go more than one month if the program isn't working for you. But we want to have a plan going into each and every engagement.

Programs start at $1000 per month and include weekly coaching meetings, aa digital platform to monitor progress, and any other custom work needs we desire to add as customizations.

Group Coaching Programs

Group coaching programs at Interstellar Certified™ leverage peer and facilitator learning in a safe environment. We believe that when peers can get together and talk through their challenges together, the learnings and energy are exponential.

Our standard group programs have up to eight people and one facilitator. Programs last eight weeks with weekly meetings among the group and one 1:1 for each group member per month (2 total).

Group programs can be commissioned with a specific subject matter in mind, or it can be general leadership. Our job is to make sure you get into the right program with the right facilitator.
